We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused Dealership Software Installation Facilitator to support dealership management software deployments across the United States. This is a contract opportunity supporting projects (Remote: Software Installation 2026 )through Deloitte.
In this role, you won’t just install software — you’ll guide dealerships through a smooth technology transition. You’ll act as the bridge between dealership leadership, software vendors, and internal teams to ensure every deployment is completed on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to daily operations.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
📌 1. Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of dealership software installations — from initial planning to post-launch support.
- Ensure all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
🤝 2. Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealership teams, software vendors, and Deloitte project teams.
- Clearly communicate objectives, expectations, and project updates to all stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships that drive successful collaboration.
🛠 3. Installation Oversight & Issue Resolution (Remote: Software Installation 2026)
- Oversee the setup and integration of dealership management systems (Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.).
- Troubleshoot technical or operational challenges quickly and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure the solution aligns with each dealership’s unique business needs.
🎓 4. Training & Enablement (Remote: Software Installation 2026)
- Deliver engaging training sessions (on-site and virtual).
- Help dealership staff understand system functionality and best practices.
- Support change adoption to ensure long-term success.
📊 5. Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain detailed implementation records and configuration notes.
- Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve future deployments.
✅ Qualifications & Experience (Remote: Software Installation 2026)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively — up to 90% nationwide travel.
- Primarily on-site at dealership locations, with occasional remote collaboration.
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Software implementation
- Dealership operations
- Digital enablement
- Technical customer support
- Strong understanding of:
- Dealership Management Systems (DMS)
- Automotive business processes
- Basic IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.

💰 Compensation
- Pay Range: $50–$60 per hour
- Final rate depends on experience, skills, and location.
- Compensation is determined by the third-party employer providing services to Deloitte.
