Role Overview
The IT Support Specialist provides onsite and remote technical support across a fast-paced casino environment. This role involves supporting workstations, servers, network systems, and maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT service requests
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members
- Maintain and support workstations, servers, and applications
- Perform system security audits and backup procedures
- Support disaster recovery planning
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Maintain confidentiality of company and financial data
- Ensure compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate’s degree + 2 years experience (or equivalent combination)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
- Experience with VMware, Cisco, Windows Server 2012–2019
- Knowledge of WDS/MDT, WSUS, and system deployment tools
- Network cabling installation experience
Work Requirements
- Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
