Role Overview
The Implementation Associate plays a key role in onboarding healthcare clients and ensuring successful platform adoption.
You will collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, revenue cycle teams, and internal product teams to support data implementation, workflow alignment, and long-term customer success.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare operations, claims, billing, payer systems, or regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and implementation processes
- Coordinate with healthcare organizations to align system workflows
- Ensure data accuracy across revenue cycle and payer systems
- Assist with provider data and EHR integration
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to drive adoption
Preferred Healthcare Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Healthcare Claims & Billing
- Managed Care & Payer Contracting
- Healthcare Regulatory Compliance
- Provider Data & EHR Systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare operations or healthcare technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
