Role Overview (Implementation Specialist)

The Implementation Specialist supports client onboarding, training, and website configuration.

This hybrid role blends client education and production support, ensuring customers successfully adopt the platform while internal teams maintain efficient project timelines.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Training & Education

  • Deliver live CMS training sessions
  • Create and maintain training documentation
  • Update written and video training materials
  • Collect and communicate client feedback

Internal Enablement

  • Train internal teams on systems and workflows
  • Create documentation and knowledge resources
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions

Production & Launch Support

  • Assist with site configuration and architecture
  • Support content uploads and CMS setup
  • Perform quality assurance testing
  • Help prepare clients for launch
