Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using platform-native scripting and development tools
- Develop custom modules, tables, workflows, and automation using best practices
- Implement ServiceNow platform enhancements and support ongoing platform improvements
Scripting and Customization
- Write efficient and maintainable code using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies
- Create and configure workflows using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow automation tools
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization
Integration and API Development
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs and web services
- Configure and maintain inbound and outbound integrations
- Support data exchange and synchronization across enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
Custom Application Development
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
- Configure platform features to support business processes while minimizing customization
- Ensure applications follow ServiceNow development best practices and upgrade-safe design
Platform Maintenance and Optimization
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement platform improvements and enhancements

Collaboration and Support

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of overall IT industry experience
- At least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow platform development experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and web services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow custom application development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks
- Proven experience developing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
