  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer with hands-on expertise in the Field Service Management (FSM) module to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, integration experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement and support the Field Service Management (FSM) module
  • Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows
  • Build integrations using REST and SOAP web services
  • Develop and enhance Service Portal components and user interfaces
  • Use IntegrationHub to automate workflows and system integrations
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement scalable solutions
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM module
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
  • Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
  • Experience working with Service Portal
  • Experience with IntegrationHub
  • Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations
  • Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
